A Space Where You Belong—Exactly As You Are

Located in Sandpoint, Idaho, we are a woman-founded, community-supported wellness space dedicated to accessibility, care, and connection.

Our offerings are designed to be financially accessible through donation-based classes and scholarships, and socially accessible through an inclusive culture that welcomes complete beginners alongside experienced practitioners.

Whether this is your first time stepping into a yoga studio—or your thousandth—you belong here.

This is a place to feel:

  • At ease in your body

  • Supported in your growth

  • Seen as part of a larger community

Our Philosophy:

A Healthy Individual Leads to a Healthy Community

We believe wellness should never be exclusive, intimidating, or dependent on experience or income. True healing happens when people feel safe enough to show up as they are.

Our culture is rooted in:

  • Accessibility over perfection

  • Belonging over performance

  • Compassion over comparison

HEAD

Learn. Rewire. Expand.
Educational and transformative workshops support brain health, nervous system regulation, and new ways of thinking and relating.

HEART

Move. Feel. Come Home.
Yoga, dance, and self-embodiment practices help you reconnect with your body, cultivate ease, and rediscover joy in movement.

When we care for ourselves, we strengthen the community.
When we gather, we remember who we are.
